Cancellation and Refund Policy. (See Rental Agreement for more details)

*If you choose to book through airbnb.com please adhere to the cancellation/refund policy as it is written on that channel.  Cancellations of bookings made through airbnb.com must be requested on airbnb.com.  Thank you!

• Cancel 30 days prior to scheduled arrival check in time - full refund 
• Cancel 14 days prior to scheduled arrival check in time - 50% refund
• No refunds on cancellations less than two weeks from scheduled arrival, unless we are able to rebook the property for that time frame.
• No refunds issued due to inclement weather, unforeseen natural or environmental events, personal emergencies unless done within the time frames stated above.  See rental agreement for more details.
• We know things happen so we will make reasonable effort to accommodate emergencies by offering an alternate booking date based on seasonal availability and ability to rebook your original time slot.  This is not a guarantee, but a good faith effort on our part.
• Security deposit to be refunded in full pending rental post stay inspection.
