Charlestown Beach is set in a quiet neighborhood steeped in family friendly values.  We have a short list of restrictions and rules to keep  the integrity of the property, our neighbors rights, and the local community safe.  Please read below carefully before deciding to book:

• 6 guest maximum (additional guests are not permitted)
• Guests required to sign rental agreement & submit security deposit.
• Sorry, no pets 
• Check out: 11:00am / Check in: 4:00pm
• Quiet hours: 10:00pm - 8:00am
• No smoking
• No parties, events, loud music
• No parking on the street (2-3 parking spots total in the driveway, do not park on the lawn, backing in to driveway highly recommended, narrow driveway minimal turnaround space)
• We understand accidents happen please notify us immediately in the event of damage to the property or it's features so it can be replaced/repaired.  Guests are responsible for damages of property or features.
